The cabinet on which you place the tank and fill it with water must be able to bear a solid load. Furthermore, the weight of the aquarium with water must be distributed evenly to avoid one side being more heavily loaded than the rest. The cabinet must be perfectly levelled to avoid uneven loading situations. These are the practical elements. But what about the aesthetic qualities? Can such a cabinet also be pretty? The three colours of the Opti Set cabinet meet both needs. The cabinet is not only solidly made, but can also become a decoration for any room.
Minimalist fronts
The Opti Set 130 aquarium cabinet combines functionality with a careful finish. The flush-fitting cabinet doors add elegance to the aquarium and create the impression of a single unit. To achieve this, the cabinet fronts are free of classic handles. This emphasises the minimalist character and allows the furniture to fit into any interior.
At the same time, it is very convenient to open – simply press the door leaf and it swings open to the appropriate width.
Safe use
The robust construction of the cabinet, made of 18 mm thick laminated chipboard, ensures complete safety in use. Thanks to the adjustable legs, it can be leveled accurately and comfortably, which is especially important for uneven floors.
An unquestionable advantage of the cabinet is its height, which is 80 cm. Such a height allows both a comfortable view of the underwater world, e.g. while sitting on the sofa, and a comfortable insight into its interior, e.g. during service work. The cabinet will hold an aquarium filled with water, as it has a load capacity of up to 200 kg!
Spacious interior
The internal chamber is divided into two parts. One is entirely without a back wall, allowing cables from a bucket filter or CO2 installation to be routed through. This section is wide enough to accommodate most external filters on the market, including, for example, our Ultamax or Ultra series filters. You can also place the filter on the other side, and run the wires and tubes through the circular hole drilled on the rear panel.
But that’s not all. You also have a shelf at your disposal, which can be hung at one of three different heights. Adjust the interior design of the cabinet to your own requirements!
New dimension, new colour
Opti Sets with matching cabinets have been in our range for years and are still very popular. Not without reason – these are aquarium sets made of perfectly clear opti glass, which ensures perfect colour reproduction and exceptional display of the arrangement.
We have therefore decided to offer a new dimension to the 60 cm wide Opti 130 cabinet. Together with the cup-shaped Opti Set 130 aquarium set (to be purchased separately), it will create a unique composition.
