Semi-aquatic turtles, although generally considered predatory animals, in fact, regularly supplement their diet with aquatic plants and fruit that have fallen into the water.

ACTI TORTUE is adapted to their feeding habits. The product contains thermally treated scuds (Gammarus sp.), which constitute a rich source of easily digestible protein, and small plant sticks with spirulina, soy, cereal sprouts, and other plant-based ingredients. In addition, TORTUE sticks have been enriched with significant amounts of vitamin A, which prevents eye diseases that commonly affect turtles, and vitamin D and calcium, required for building up strong shells.

Thanks to the preservation of full natural flavour, TORTUE is readily consumed by young and adult turtles alike. It ensures an excellent physical condition and rapid growth.

TORTUE is also recommended as a dietary supplement for tortoises, some lizards, and even for big fish, e.g. for the big varieties of cichlids.
