In the natural environment, it is the sun that acts as the source of light necessary for photosynthesis of plants and regulation of animal life processes. In an aquarium, these important, life-supporting functions are performed by the light emitted by lamps. Therefore, both the selection of appropriate lighting and the proper planning of the tank’s lighting cycle are of great importance for the well-being of the living organisms that inhabit it.

You have remote control of your aquarium lighting with Aquael BT app. It allows the UltraSlim lamp to communicate with mobile devices such as a smartphone or tablet, using Bluetooth technology. The app allows you to remotely adjust lighting parameters, such as intensity, color temperature or lighting time, to suit your tank’s individual requirements. With its help, it is also possible to control several UltraSlim lamps or share access with others. Aquael BT can be secured with a PIN.
In harmony with the natural rhythm
Aquael BT also allows you to create your own lighting schedules to suit individual fish and plant requirements. It can also be used to program cycles that mimic the natural changes of light throughout the day, such as dawn and dusk. The lighting gradually brightens to simulate morning and dawn, allowing fish and plants to make a smooth transition from night to day. Similarly, during twilight, the light gradually fades out, mimicking the natural process of sunset. The gradual and smooth way the light changes not only create a more visually natural atmosphere in the aquarium, but also have a beneficial effect on living organisms. Thanks to them, fish and plants can adapt to changing light conditions without stress, which positively affects their well-being.
A range of possibilities
Ultra Slim BT is an aquarium led lamp, equipped with five light modes, so you can use it in all types of open tanks.
Ultra Slim BT can easily be adjusted to the size of your aquarium. If you have a non-standard size tank, then UltraSlim should all the more attract your attention. You can choose from three size variants of the lamp, with lengths of: 30, 60 and 90 cm (12.4, 23.4 and 34.4 in), or create an individual lighting module by hanging the lamps one next to another. Ultra Slim BT also has two mounting options: you can hang it above the aquarium on steel cables or attach it to the edges of the tank with an adjustable rack, equipped with transparent guides.

The Ultra Slim BT lamp is another Aquael product designed to help replicate natural living conditions in the aquarium environment as closely as possible. With the SUNNY DAY-BREAK and NIGHT modes, you can recreate a close-to-natural diurnal cycle in the aquarium, which is important for the proper functioning and development of living organisms.
Energy efficiency and safety
Depending on the size, the Ultra Slim BT BT model has 4, 8 and 12 reflectors, each equipped with 38 state-of-the-art LEDs, with a high efficiency of >130lm/W. The LEDs emit much more light than a traditional fluorescent lamp while consuming about 50% less electricity.
A factor that further contributes to energy efficiency, in addition to the reliability and quiet operation of the lamp, is the passive cooling system used. The lamp, using its design, effectively dissipates excess heat and does not need additional cooling sources like fans to do so.
Like other Aquael products, the Ultra Slim BT guarantees a high standard of safety in use. The lamp is powered by a safe operating voltage of 24 volts, which does not pose any danger to human life or health. The Ultra Slim BT will also remain safe if briefly immersed in water, which is guaranteed by its IPX7 waterproof rating.
Design for the Aquarist
In addition to its high lighting performance, the Ultra Slim BT is sure to attract attention with its modern, minimalist design. Made from a single plate of brushed aluminum, the housing is only 17 mm thick, making the lamp look extremely light. Ultra Slim BT mounted above the tank looks as if it is levitating above it, which further directs the attention of observers to the design of the aquarium. The available lighting modes, in addition to functions strictly related to the maintenance of the tank, also allow you to create the desired mood in the room.
