How does it work?
Pearl Max Bio is a filter medium with an active adsorption capacity. Inside it there are cavities that create differences in the concentrations of NH4 and NO2 ions and actively adsorb them on their surface. These unique filter media are rich in trace elements that are gradually released. This supports the metabolism of aquatic organisms and contributes to their healthy growth and development. Pearl Max Bio not only purifies the water, but also promotes the health of your aquarium inhabitants.
Where is it used?
Pearl Max Bio is versatile and can be used in various filters and filter systems, even in small tanks. In addition, these filter media are neutral and do not change the pH, kh or gh value in the aquarium, ensuring stable water parameters.
How long is the service life?
The cartridge is extremely durable and does not degrade quickly. Cleaning the cartridge consists of rinsing it in aquarium water. It is recommended to partially replace about 50% of the cartridge every 4-6 months.
